Job Description
My client, within the Food and Drink Manufacturing sector are looking for a skilled Site Services Team Leader who will be responsible for ensuring that cleaning and hygiene standards across the site meet rigorous health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Hygiene and Site Management: - Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams on line setup and maintenance post-cleaning activities
2. Health, Safety and Compliance: - Maintain compliance with the Quality and Health & Safety Management Systems
3. Technical Support : - Continuously review hygiene standards, cleaning practices, and equipment per best practices, customer guidelines, and legislation.
4. Audits and Inventory : Conduct periodic audits as requested by the Technical Department (e.g., webs, glass), ensuring timely completion and reporting.
5. Management and Leadership : Foster a team culture of respect, teamwork, and openness
6. Continuous Improvement : Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices across hygiene and cleaning processes.
7. Operational Excellence : Lead daily operational checks and audits of hygiene practices to ensure sustained adherence to established standards .
Qualifications:
· IOSH Managing Safely
· COSHH Assessment Training
· Level 3 Food Safety
· Internal Auditor
The Site Services Team Leader must have a strong technical focus, especially regarding the inspection and maintenance of equipment used for quality and safety checks.
