There is an exciting opportunity for you to become a part of the Cancer Business Unit.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and flexible individual to work in our Specialist Outpatient Administrative Team. You will be part of an Administration Team that provides support to the Cancer Business Unit, including consultants and registrars, nurses and fellow administrators.
Our aim is to provide high standards of care whilst always ensuring patients are our priority.
The main duties for the role include dealing with telephone queries, administering clinic preparation both before and after clinic, liaising with secretaries, consultants, clinicians and supporting departments to ensure all necessary information is available for clinics.
Keeping up-to-date spreadsheets, inputting patient information onto our different systems and supporting the Specialist Outpatient Team with general administrative duties. You will be responsible for the line management of the clinic coordinator.
