Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client, a well-established Estate Agency, for an experienced Portfolio Manager. Working Hours are 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM Monday to Friday and Saturday in rotation.
As the largest letting agent in the area, managing over 1,500 properties, we also provide auction and sales services.
The role is based primarily in the Huddersfield office, with viewings/external duties in Pontefract. Therefore, being located between both branches is ideal.
A car will be provided for viewings.
Duties:
1. Manage properties, conduct viewings, inspections, inventories, final checks, and market appraisals.
2. Communicate with landlords and tenants via email and phone.
3. Provide outstanding customer service.
This is a permanent full-time lettings position with exciting hybrid roles and commission opportunities.
The successful candidate will need lettings/property experience, personality, presentation skills, and a hunger to succeed. The ability to provide outstanding customer service is crucial, as this role is very much about people. Candidates must be resilient and willing to take on challenges, as this role is not for the faint-hearted.
