Job Description:
The Finance function has launched a Finance Transformation programme, which has recently commenced with a Discovery phase to aid in scoping and planning for a full-scale transformation. Concurrently, three high-priority projects are starting alongside the Discovery work.
The role requires a Change Management and Communications Lead responsible for supporting early priority deployments and leading Change and Communications efforts for the broader programme within Finance and across the business.
Responsibilities:
* Identify requirements and deliver tailored Change Training and Communications strategies for the Transformation programme.
* Lead and manage communications across the programme, coordinating relevant speakers to deliver messages through channels like Townhalls and All Hands calls.
* Manage communications beyond Finance, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
* Lead and manage trainers and training initiatives aligned with the programme scope, engaging delivery partners as needed.
* Develop a community of users prepared for go-live within and outside Finance.

* Excellent communication and engagement skills across the business, including at C-level.
* Expertise in change management with a proven record of delivering lasting change in Finance.
* Ability to translate project plans into relevant, actionable change strategies.
* Skill in validating and challenging scope to ensure comprehensiveness.
* Ability to identify metrics demonstrating change delivery and adoption.
* Strong influencing and communication skills to work with GPOs, project managers, and work stream leads.
