Are you an experienced, proactive and efficient Administrator, with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a busy and varied role supporting colleagues proactively?
If so, we have just registered a brilliant temporary role with a growing company in Witney.
This will be a varied and responsible assignment. The team are ambitious and supportive but will be looking for someone who is relatively self-sufficient who is able to use their initiative to find their feet and make the role their own.
Starting as soon as possible, the successful candidate will be working a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday. This will be ongoing for around three months.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

* Ensure office supplies are always up to date and available.
* Arranging meetings and rooms.
* Assisting with website uploads.
* Email and inbox management.

* The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced office setting, assisting with a range of clerical tasks.
* Friendly and organised, this role will require constant interaction with other members of the company - you should relish the opportunity to communicate with a broad range of people.
* It will be key that you can use the MS Office suite to an advanced standard and are confident when picking up new systems.
* It will be important that you can demonstrate a “can do” attitude and you should be happy picking up a range of tasks, some of which might be new.
