Bilfinger UK are looking for a Temporary Works Coordinator to start on our Puma project based in Hull As a Temporary works Coordinator, your activities will include the following, but are not limited to: Identify any planned work requiring Temporary Works is identified in good time C ollaborate with project / construction managers, engineers, and site supervision to plan and schedule the Temporary Work activities in time to allow the planned works to be executed as planned Ensure the relevant discipline supervisors are aware of and understand Temporary Works requirements in their areas Liaise with the Temporary Works designer to ensure designs are suitable and sufficient and fit for use Ensure all temporary works comply with relevant standards, regulations and project specifications Identify potential risks and issues associated with temporary works, and proactively address them to avoid delays or safety concerns Ensure an inspection regime of temporary works is in place Maintain a Temporary Works Register and Temporary Works files containing relevant information – TW designs, RAs, calculations and inspection reports Communicate with other departments to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project timelines, scope, and deliverables Ensure that the Work Pack Manager is kept informed of progress and any issues as appropriate Attend Daily Coordination meetings and any other meetings as required Skills and qualifications Good communication skills required Good interpersonal skills required as part of a large project team Suitable IT skills – MS Office, Navis Works 2024 Self motivated to achieve client deadlines If you wish to speak to a member of the recruitment team, please contact 01224 246246.
