Working to ensure the timely delivery of Management Accounts to the parent Company. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Support for the timely preparation of monthly report ing in preparation for delivery of Financial Global reporting. R econciliation of the Balance Sheet. Manag ing and rec oncili ng of Company expenses. Manag ing and processing of all invoic es, POs and spreadsheets pertaining to our London office. Support for Financial Manager with monthly book keeping tasks. Identifying areas to improve efficiency and accuracy through documented process improvement Report ing into the Business Operations M anage r, whilst l iais ing with the wider Group finance team to support reporting deliverables and intercompany reconciliation. Flexibility in working hours to ensure timely delivery of month end processes. Qualifications 3 years experience of Accounting and bookkeeping practices essential. Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate level skills in Excel. Knowledge of Xero and Sage Intacct would be desirable. Ability to demonstrate flexibility and embrace change within a dynamic environment in a growing company Requires strong attention to details and good communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively within a small team, be highly organized and work well under pressure. Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM software preferable. Working schedule 3 days ( 21 hours) per week Flexibility in working pattern around first 7 calendar days of the month.
