Our client, a leading firm within the Law sector, is seeking a Senior Office Manager to oversee and enhance its operational efficiency. Based in a prime London location, the firm operates within a fast-paced, international environment, requiring a highly organised and proactive individual to manage key business functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Office Operations & Administration: Oversee office management, facilities coordination, and supplier relationships.
* HR & Recruitment Support: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, offer letters, references and training.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Support Finance, IT, and Compliance teams, including oversight of internal policies and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Resource Planning & Procurement: Manage office supplies, supplier relationships, and cost control.
This role is onsite 5 days per week and is paying between £50,000 and £70,000 (DOE).
Law Practice industry experience is required.
