Customer Service Manager – London, Hybrid – £45,000 (AE687427)

This is a fabulous opportunity for a Customer Service professional to play a vital role with a future-focused and customer-obsessed hair and skincare brand. In this fast-paced and flexible environment no two days are the same, as you work to provide outstanding customer service.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the Central London office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead UK customer service team across all support channels within SLA timeframes
* Process orders, returns, and maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM software
* Develop service policies, set KPIs, and optimise workflows for improved efficiency
* Liaise with regulatory, legal and cross-functional teams on processes and compliance projects
* Handle escalated issues while identifying opportunities for process improvements
* Manage Shopify trade accounts to support salon setup needs
* Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance overall customer journey experience
Candidate Requirements:
* Success in Customer Service management in the beauty industry, including line management
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ideally with a Business, Communications or related Degree
* Proficient with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Gorgias, plus Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
