Promote a love for Art and Design and Technology among students. Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students in active learning. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Art and Design and Technology with other areas of the curriculum. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes a love for Art and Design and Technology. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding the Art and Design and Technology curriculum and student progress. Participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Evidence of qualifications will be required at interview. All qualifications declared must be held at the point of application and if applicable, be in date. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Setting high expectations and ensuring good progress and outcomes for pupils taught or mentored. Proven delivery of outstanding class-room practice.
