2. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a technology, managed services, or business solutions environment.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
4. Minimum three years’ working experience of managing remote teams of significant size at a senior operational level.
5. Demonstrated ability to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive cost savings.
6. Experience in managing KPIs, performance metrics, and operational reporting.
7. Proficiency in contract management, supplier negotiations, and subcontractor oversight.
8. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and analyse cost-effectiveness.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
10. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
11. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.

3. Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and operational management software.
