Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
Working Pattern: 3 days per week in office post probation

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who has a strong focus on B2B lead generation, CRM/database management, and Digital Marketing (email, SEO, social media). You will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and driving business growth through targeted marketing initiatives and effective data management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales Support:
2. Design and implement lead generation campaigns to drive new business opportunities and support sales growth.
3. Develop targeted marketing strategies to attract new leads and nurture existing ones, ultimately increasing sales revenue.
4. Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the generated leads are effectively converted into new business.
5. CRM & Data Management:
6. Manage the company's CRM system (Zoho) and ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and fully optimised.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to improve CRM data accuracy and implement process improvements for better data tracking and reporting.
8. Monitor CRM performance and provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and overall campaign success.
9. Marketing Communications & Campaigns:
10. Develop and execute email and direct marketing campaigns aimed at both prospects and existing customers.
11. Ensure that all marketing materials align with the company's brand image and values.
12. Create and distribute marketing communications that engage prospects, drive customer acquisition, and retain existing customers.
13. Ensure the sales team has the latest marketing materials, assets, and campaign insights to help meet company targets.
14. Reporting & Internal Marketing:
15. Prepare regular internal reports to track the performance of marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales support activities.
16. Oversee internal marketing projects and provide feedback to senior management to drive continuous improvements.
17. Additional Marketing Activities:
18. Scope to expand into other areas of digital marketing such as SEO, PPC, and website management.
19. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain competitive.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a driven and experienced individual with a proven track record in B2B lead generation, sales support, and CRM/database management. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong skills in marketing, data management, and campaign execution while being passionate about driving results and supporting business growth.
Required Skills and Experience:
20. B2B Lead Generation .
21. Strong experience in email marketing and social media management .
22. Proven experience as a CRM Administrator (Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus).
23. Knowledge of broader digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Analytics) is desirable.
24. Ability to commute to Elstree, Hertfordshire .
