Package: Salary- from £45,000-65,000 (dependent on experience) plus car allowance £4800, bonus 15% Location- Chester with Hybrid working Working Pattern- Monday- Friday (37.5hours) Days. Purpose: The purpose of these roles are to grow, build and drive revenue growth by bringing in new business (BDM). The Business Development Manager will be collaborating with the Chief of Growth to identify and realise growth opportunities by developing tailored solutions to meet new customers’ expectations, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the businesses market presence. The Snack industry is one of the fastest growing sectors, so you will be meeting a range of customers from new and exciting brands, to the big retailers. They are looking for someone who enjoys going out and meeting new clients, and is able to develop and build relationship quickly, and can sell the businesses vision. Responsibilities Develop a strategy to achieve targets and objectives Build partnerships within various businesses Collaborate cross-functionally, for eg work with NPD to understand growth opportunities Negotiation where business is profitable, but customer satisfaction is maximised Identify business growth opportunities Background: Food Manufacturing is essential, with proven retail experience and connections. Senior sales background where you have proven results, and can showcase these Inquisitive- how can the business be better.
