Creative Assistant & Studio Coordinator
Red Rock Music is looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Assistant & Studio Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is excited about contributing to the growth of a music studio.
Location: This is an on-site role, based at our studio in Arbroath.
Hours: 8 per week (Monday & Tuesday, 4-8pm) – with potential for growth
Rate of pay: £12.50 per hour, with bonuses and incentives as the studio expands
Responsibilities:
1. Student and customer support – welcoming students, taking attendance, handling enquiries, and booking lessons
2. Administrative tasks – managing emails, phone calls, payments, and scheduling
3. Process improvement – assisting in developing new systems to support studio operations
4. Community engagement – building relationships with local organisations and partners
5. Event planning – assisting with the organisation of concerts and community events
6. Marketing and social media – helping to create content and implement marketing plans
Ideal Candidate:
1. Friendly, approachable, and professional
2. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
3. Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
4. Comfortable using technology and social media for business purposes
5. Creative and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
6. Music knowledge is a plus but not essential
7. Must have (or be willing to obtain) a PVG Disclosure Scotland
