Up to £43,000 plus EXCELLENT bonus and benefits Hybrid Working Available A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Relationship Manager to join the mortgages department at a leading specialist Property Lending bank based in the City of London. You will be responsible for supporting the lending activity across the mortgage function by utilizing proactive outbound telephony to maintain and grow your allocated pool of Brokers. You will also work closely with the wider Key Accounts and Sales team to ensure the delivery of both service and commercial objectives, and will be responsible for ensuring a positive relationship is built with Brokers, and regular contact is maintained. Duties of the Relationship Manager, Broker Network: Implement an active outreach plan for both new and current brokers within a specified region, focusing on broker tiers (1-3) according to segmentation. Manage a broker portfolio, specifically targeting the top 101-500 specialist brokers within Club and Network distribution, with the goal of driving new registrations, DIPs, and FMAs. Collaborate closely with your field BDM or Key Account partner to meet shared FAM and origination goals. Assist the Sales and Key Account teams in reaching overall team targets. Oversee daily updates, resolve DIP issues, conduct welcome calls, and re-engage brokers who haven’t submitted FMAs within the past three months, enhancing effective regional panel management and maximizing sales activities. Take part in monthly call campaigns initiated by corporate accounts to support targeted distributors. Engage in team meetings to discuss the success of marketing efforts, incoming inquiries, sales, and application volumes. Present the Bank, Mortgage Brand, and Product USPs in every conversation using key messaging points. Provide responsive phone-based assistance to brokers with phone or email inquiries. Occasionally represent the organization at trade shows, broker workshops, or similar events.
