The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote their up-and-coming brand. You will play a significant role in managing our client’s digital presence across a wide range of channels. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid channels, SEO, email, CMS and social media. Plan and manage our owned social media platforms, including creating content and managing our content schedule. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Requirements: 2 years experience in a digital marketing generalist or specialist role. Demonstrable experience and managing SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools. Experience in setting up and optimizing paid Google campaigns. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Preferred Skills: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
