Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an industry leading commercial vehicle business who have ambitious growth plans over the coming years and are recruiting for an experienced business development professional, based near Coalville.
The successful candidate will possess experience winning new business and proactively growing accounts, ideally having worked within vehicle sales, with the ability to manage relationships with existing customers and develop business with prospective clients.
There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of up to £40k DOE alongside other benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* Line manage a team of 2 sales executives
* Proactively seek new business opportunities using a variety of sources
* Develop and maintain a prospective customer database
* Manage and build the sales pipeline for the business
* Build an understanding of the specific market with the commercial vehicle sector
* Ensure the CRM system is fully updated with leads and opportunities
* Assist in the purchasing of fleets from prospects
Skills & Experience
* Experience within a similar B2B sales role
* Knowledge of commercial vehicle market highly advantageous
* Experience of KPIs and motivated by targets
* Experience in a client facing B2B sales role
Hours: Monday-Friday
