Apply now for the position of Project Manager (Construction & Building Services) and you will advise and accompany our internal business representatives and stakeholders from the initial requirement and budget estimation, through the design and execution, to the handover of a turnkey project.
Your Role:
1. You review and validate the business requirements and ensure a holistic, integral view of the conception, detailed planning, and execution of building services equipment.
2. You lead and manage a project team of internal and external experts and are responsible for achieving the agreed project goals within the approved budget and time schedule.
3. You can work independently and as part of the wider real estate team.
4. You are responsible for conducting regular quality controls and precise monitoring of the planning, execution, commissioning, acceptance, and handover phases in your projects.
5. You will be working on projects throughout the UK and would be willing to travel within the EMEA region on a visiting basis.
Your Expertise:
1. You have a degree in construction or building services (Or equivalent industry experience).
2. You are an all-rounder for Building Services equipment, such as Electrical Systems including Lighting and IT cabling / Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) / Plumbing / Security and Fire Safety Systems.
3. You have at least 5+ years of experience in the planning and execution of large construction for production, office, and fit-out projects - both new construction and refurbishment.
4. You have very strong communication and presentation skills, which enable you to interface easily and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.
5. You think holistically, are creative, and have a quick grasp, which enables you to maintain an overview in complex situations and make well-founded decisions.
6. You are a problem-solver and work independently and with drive to achieve results.
7. You are confident in using standard MS-office software including PowerPoint and Project.
