The role
This is an exciting role for a marketer who has a proven track record across multiple channels and marketing disciplines. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events for a range of audience groups (B2B & B2C), adhering to budget allocations and deadlines.
The successful candidate will also support with content creation including writing press releases, blogs, case studies and social media posts as well as updating the Clip ‘n Climb website.
You will need to be motivated, show initiative, have excellent communication and writing skills and be able to work under pressure, often to tight timescales.
Key role responsibilities:
Typical work activities include:
* Manage day-to-day website activities, including content creation, editing, publishing, and improvement recommendations.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram & Facebook), ensuring consistent and engaging communication.
* Develop engaging content about company projects/ new centres for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
* Draft, edit, and distribute press releases to relevant media contacts.
* Updating sales brochures (digital & print) by working with graphic design team.
* Design and manage email templates (Brevo) and coordinate the regular release of e-shots.
* Assist in writing copy for brochures, ensuring the content aligns with company goals and brand identity.
* Oversee the printing of brochures and ensure that printed marketing materials are of high quality and delivered on time.
* Manage the creation and distribution of samples and promotional merchandise.
* Assist with project follow-up and centre opening activities, including gathering and organising videos and photos.
* Manage and maintain relationships with key industry partners.
* Coordinate venue logistics and booth setup for trade shows and events.
* Manage internal communications such as staff newsletters ensuring employees are informed of company news and initiatives.
* Inbound email management.
* Other duties as assigned.
The candidate:
* Minimum 2 years marketing experience.
* Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Experience in coordinating events, trade shows, or similar large-scale projects.
* Ability to work independently and in collaboration with external partners.
* Familiarity with email marketing tools and CMS platforms.
* Degree level education or Marketing related qualification desirable.
