Position: Aftersales Manager
Salary: Basic Salary £43,000 plus bonus OTE 60k
Location: Bolton
Our client is looking for an Aftersales Manager to join their dealership in Bolton. For this role, you will be managing a service team of 26, including 12 vehicle technicians, 2 apprentices, and 4 Service Advisors.
In this role you will be:
1. Developing and implementing successful service standards and procedures.
2. Managing and maintaining service desk communications with both the team and customers.
3. Supervising Service and Aftersales team ensuring targets are met.
4. Promoting good customer relationships improving Customer satisfaction while maintaining quality and repair times.
5. Ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
6. Reviewing and updating service methods whenever necessary to improve overall efficiency.
7. Conducting quarterly appraisals of team members and identifying areas for improvement/development.
8. Creating and presenting regular progress reports to senior management.
9. Instructing customers on work required, care, and maintenance.
10. Ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained to a high level, including the workshop and car park areas.

9. Must be open to new ways of doing things and able to quickly adapt to our processes.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am – 5.30pm, alternate Saturdays 8am – 12.30pm.
