BCAS Biomedical Services Ltd - Service Co-ordinator
* Assist in the management of BCAS Biomed Multi-vendor healthcare business
* Ensure all BCAS Biomed customers receive the highest quality support
* Provide first line support to Customers for contracted services
* Provide first point of contact for all engineers to ensure they are fully supported
* Positively increase the company profile and grow our Multi-vendor business and sales
* Provide full support to managers through effective and efficient work systems
* Maintain effective quality systems to comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
Main Tasks:
Primary responsibilities will involve working within our Service Desk team, supporting the Directors and Key Account Managers with all matters related to contract management including:
* Planning engineering resources for scheduled and unscheduled work
* Providing first point of contact for customers regarding contract issues or task requests
* Recording and logging all maintenance activities on HEMS Database System
* Ensuring that the HEMS management database system is kept up to date at all times
* Liaising with contract managers to ensure equipment assets are accurately maintained
* Liaising with couriers, suppliers and customers to ensure that contract customers are provided with a high level of support at all times
* Ensuring that quality control commitments and company procedures are maintained.
Experience:
* Preferable minimum of 2 years but not necessary, full in-house training will be given
* Need to be very organised and display a high degree of confidence in dealing with a wide variety of customers and personnel
* Must be capable and confident in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook applications, and to be aware of document management systems
* General knowledge of database systems, contract management, and have a confident and professional telephone manner
Educational & Training Requirements:
* Good communication skills both verbal and written

* Company working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 to 17:00. The candidate may be requested to give up his/her free time and work unsociable hours if required
* Must be able to work within a competitive team environment as well as provide a strong individual performance.
