As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties to include but not be limited to;
* Phonics interventions following the school scheme
* Maths interventions
* Writing and reading boosters
* In class support for pupils during the lessons
* Supporting the teacher
* Lesson planning
* First aid training
* Weekly CPD during staff meetings
* Little Wandle phonics training
* Other duties as and when required
