A global manufacturer has a new requirement for a Project Coordinator to join their head Office in the north Sheffield area. You will be working as part of the projects/contracts team, and a key part of this role will be to manage subcontractors on site by providing necessary documentation and negotiation of pricing. They are offering a salary package circa to £33k with some flex, Private Pension, Healthcare Plan and ongoing training and development opportunities This is an exciting and varied role which will enable you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator
* Negotiate prices as well as T&Cs in line with their contract and manage successful completion of handover.
* Maintain project and system files to ensure project documentation is complete and stored appropriately.
* Collate & issue weekly material delivery forecast, distributing as required within the operational team.
* In conjunction with the site supervisors and contract manager ensure jobs are completed and signed off.
* Undertake budget versus actual cost and margin analysis, produce appropriate reports on a regular basis and report the status of all active projects on a weekly basis.
