About the Role:

In this role, you’ll deliver pre-prepared lessons to students in the absence of a teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain teaching experience without needing formal qualifications. You won’t be required to plan or mark lessons, giving you the chance to focus on maintaining classroom discipline, supporting student learning, and collaborating with school staff.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects and age groups.
* Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
* Follow school policies to maintain discipline and consistency.
* Collaborate with teaching staff for smooth lesson delivery.
* Act as a professional role model to students.
* Effectively manage time and communicate with staff and students.
