Here at PepsiCo UK&I, we are looking for a fantastic Customer Business Manager to manage our Snacks commercial relationships for one of our top customers. The PepsiCo team has delivered 8% retail growth and is set to grow even further.
The successful candidate will be critical in unlocking our business potential with our customer by managing our Snacks business and ensuring that the account runs smoothly by managing our Sharing portfolio.
We’re looking for somebody who is keen to have real ownership of the account JBP and Account Plans. You’ll be expected to play a key role in Brand Plans and regular internal forums such as HIT plan. The role will expose you to many functions across the business, including close contact with finance, supply chain, and our field partners at McCurrach.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the smooth running of sales events such as twice-yearly Brand Plans.
* Own the relationship on our Snacks Sharing portfolio and manage the P&L.
* Achieve business commercial objectives.
* Manage external customer relationships with key trading contacts.
* Build & execute JBPs to deliver mutual PepsiCo and customer growth.
* Be a key part of the customer team, delivering a positive team dynamic and showing role model behavior.
* Manage an internal matrix of Shopper Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital, and Category Management teams.
Qualifications
* Sales experience, including past experience of account ownership.
* Proven commercial and analytical ability to manage both operational and strategic agendas.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong negotiation skills, capable of conducting multi-faceted negotiations at both tactical and strategic/contractual levels.
* A customer-centric and innovative approach.
