Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and overseeing the collection of outstanding debts from clients.
2. Contacting clients to remind them of overdue payments and negotiating payment plans when necessary.
3. Updating and maintaining accurate records of all customer accounts.
4. Resolving any queries or disputes that may affect the timely collection of payments.
5. Processing payments and allocating funds to the correct accounts.
6. Working closely with the sales and finance teams to manage credit limits and customer payment terms.
7. Producing regular aged debt reports and providing updates to senior management.
8. Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and best practices.
