SC Cleared Project Scheduling Co-ordinator 10 months contract
Based in Corsham 3 days per week onsite Tuesday - Thursday; work from home Monday and Friday.
Rate: £200 per day
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and issue start-up meeting invitations.
* Check for and confirm acceptance of start-up meeting invitations.
* Chase non-responses and process reschedule requests.
* Create start-up meeting records and submit them to the Scheduling and Planning Manager for assurance.
* Once assured, issue start-up meeting records.
* Trigger the process to populate the work order template to capture site and user data in a draft work order.
* Submit each draft work order to the Scheduling and Planning Manager for assurance.
* Once assured, issue each draft work order to the relevant Site Lead for confirmation and/or correction.
* Review returned work orders against the work order checklist for data errors and incomplete items.
* Document queries following the review of returned work orders and liaise with Site Lead until all queries are resolved.
* Reissue work orders for baselining and liaise with the relevant Site Lead to resolve any remaining issues and create a baselined work order for that site.
* Store each baselined work order in the agreed file store and issue a link to the relevant Site Lead.
* Create a template email to issue the Booking Tool link.
* Issue email containing the Booking Tool link to all relevant users at each site.
* Raise engineer requests and liaise with the relevant Logistics team to ascertain site device delivery details.
* Liaise with the relevant Site Lead to confirm engineer details and device delivery details per the Migration Schedule.
* Trigger the process to populate the implementation plan template with data for each site extracted from the Booking Tool.
* Check against the implementation plan checklist for obvious data errors and incomplete data.
* Submit each draft implementation plan to the Scheduling and Planning Manager for assurance.
* Once assured, issue each draft implementation plan to the relevant Site Lead for confirmation and/or correction.
* Review returned implementation plans against the implementation plan checklist.
* Document queries following the review of returned implementation plans and liaise with Site Lead until all queries are resolved.
* Reissue implementation plans for baselining and liaise with the relevant Site Lead to resolve any remaining issues and create a baselined implementation plan for that site.
* Store each baselined implementation plan in the agreed file store and issue a link to the relevant Site Lead.
* Prepare and issue go/no go meeting invitations.
* Check for and confirm acceptance of go/no go meeting invitations.
* Chase non-responses and process reschedule requests.
* Issue the list of devices that need to receive the patch to the service provider.
* Notify the relevant Site Lead of the names and applicable dates of the engineers attending the site for the Refresh Clinic.
* Confirm with the relevant Site Lead that the requested site access has been arranged.
