Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Birmingham.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for generalist HR enquiries, delivering a comprehensive and professional HR service across various areas. You will provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee-related matters, including individual support.
You will offer timely and specialist guidance to line managers on people-related issues such as performance, sickness absence, occupational health, conduct, discipline, grievance, secondments, TUPE, probation, and AWOL.
Additionally, you will provide comprehensive advice to stakeholders within the organisation, demonstrating a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, influence decisions, and drive positive outcomes.
Further information:
1. 3 months initial Fixed term contract (Will extend to permanent)
2. £36,130 to £45,413 (Process to £48,149 once in post)
3. Hybrid working (2 / 3 days on site)
Requirements:
1. Experience as an HR Generalist
2. Strong Stakeholder engagement experience
