We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business teacher to take on the role of Head of Business in our Good-rated school in Redbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to lead a department while teaching Business up to Key Stage 5.
About the Role and School
As Head of Business, you will lead the department, teach Business at KS4 and KS5, and play a key role in shaping the curriculum to prepare students for future careers in business, finance, and entrepreneurship. The school is committed to providing a nurturing environment where every student can excel, and youll be part of a collaborative and supportive leadership team.
What Were Looking For:
* Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for Business education, with the ability to lead a team and deliver engaging, real-world lessons to students at all levels.
* Experience in developing and implementing a business curriculum that combines both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
* A proven track record of inspiring and motivating students to develop entrepreneurial skills and critical thinking.
* A collaborative approach, fostering teamwork and encouraging professional development within the department.
* A relevant business-related degree is desired but not essential.
* The ability to teach up to Key Stage 5 is desired but not essential.
