JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – Heat Pumps (Residential Market) to drive sales of heat pumps in the residential market, helping homeowners transition to greener energy solutions. KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets for heat pump installations in the residential sector. Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within the residential heating market, building strong relationships with homeowners and developers. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing high-level support and guidance on heat pump solutions. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for heat pump installations, ensuring profitability and long-term customer retention. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the renewable energy or heating industry, specifically in selling heat pump installations to residential customers. Strong knowledge of heat pump technology, energy efficiency, and renewable energy solutions. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
