About The Role
As a Call Centre Advisor - Patient Services, you will be part of the patient services team, supporting the treatment of 100,000 patients across the UK. Based in our Harlow contact centre, you'll handle enquiries about medication, book deliveries, and coordinate prescriptions. You'll also send letters to patients we couldn't reach and provide updates to hospitals. This role makes a real difference to people's health by ensuring top-notch customer service. About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. With a caring nature and an empathetic approach, you’ll be comfortable talking to vulnerable individuals on the phone. You’ll also need to work to tight deadlines, strive to meet targets, and have a keen eye for detail.
Desirable Skills
1. Telephone Skills: Comfortable speaking on the phone with a diverse audience.
2. Customer Service Skills: Professional manner when communicating via phone and email.
3. IT Skills: Able to manage an email inbox, learn new systems, and have basic Excel knowledge.
4. Problem Solving: Able to think on your feet and help solve patients' problems.
5. Empathy: Show understanding, patience, and empathy in interactions, especially with vulnerable patients.
