Elbow Lane Dental Care is a modern and friendly practice based in Formby Village. We are a seven-surgery practice providing high-quality family dental care. The practice offers general NHS and private treatments, including orthodontics and composite bonding, and offers in-house endodontic/ implant/ oral surgery referrals. The practice uses Dentally software, digital X-rays, and a CT and iTero scanner. There is also an on-site ceramic laboratory.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Private Dental Associate to join our friendly and professional team. This position offers the opportunity to take over a long-established and well-maintained list of private and Denplan patients built on years of trust and strong relationships. The list includes a loyal patient base that consistently demands high-quality dental care, providing an excellent foundation for immediate success and continued growth.
Remuneration: £150 - £165 K per annum, which is made up of the following patient groups
* Denplan Care Patients: 50%
* Private: 35%
* NHS Income: 15%
Hours:
5 days per week, Monday- Friday, 9:00 am -5.30 pm, no weekends.

Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Private Dental Associate who meets the following criteria:
* GDC Registered: Must hold current registration with the General Dental Council.
* Orthodontic Skills: Experience and proficiency in providing orthodontic services, such as Invisalign.
* Implant and Restorative Dentistry: Experienced in restorative dental treatments.
* NHS PIN Number: Possess a valid NHS performer number.
* Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a supportive and professional environment.
* Strong IT and Communication Skills: Competence in using dental software (e.g., Dentally) and communicating effectively with patients and team members.
* Exceptional Patient Care: A commitment to delivering the highest patient care and customer service
* Positive Attitude: Passionate, proactive, and driven, with a can-do mindset and a focus on excellence
