Our products are sold through major online retailers, including Amazon, Look Fantastic, THG, Ocado, TikTok Shop, and other leading marketplaces. With eCommerce driving our growth, we’re looking for a commercial leader to accelerate our success in the digital space.
The Role
As Head of eCommerce Sales, you’ll lead a team of NAMs and SNAMs, driving revenue, partnerships, and brand visibility across key online channels. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy, ensuring we maximize performance—especially on Amazon.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and coaching a team of NAMs and SNAMs, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Owning and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Amazon, Look Fantastic, THG, Ocado, TikTok Shop, and other key e-retailers.
* Managing pricing, trade investments, promotions, and profitability across accounts.
* Building strong relationships with major online retail partners, ensuring strategic alignment.
* Overseeing digital marketing spend and retail media activation to optimize eCommerce performance.
* Driving commercial excellence through data-led decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
* A sales leader with proven experience in eCommerce / National Accounts within Beauty, FMCG or Consumer Goods.
* Amazon expertise—you must have managed this key account.
* Would consider Senior Manager / Controller / SNAM level with direct reports
* Strong customer management, P&L ownership, and negotiation skills.
* Leadership experience, with a track record of developing high-performing NAMs and SNAMs.
* A data-driven mindset with a passion for digital commerce and growth strategies.
