What You'll Be Doing: As an AccountAdministrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our charity. Some duties include (please see attached Job Description for more detail): Ensuring timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions. Providing support and guidance to colleagues on the use of finance systems and application of financial policies and procedures. Completing or contributing towards projects to support the delivery of the Finance Strategy. Continuously review transactional financial processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues of the wider support services teams, operational managers, employees and external third parties including individuals, their families, suppliers, funders (Local Authorities), etc. Qualifications and Experience: AAT Level 2 (or studying towards) or relevant work experience. Excellent and highly effective communication and IT skills. Excellent organisational skills. Please be aware its a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in Regulated Activity (under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006) to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with that particular group such as adults or children.
