Administrator & Deputy Manager Location: SL6 7NQ Hours: Monday to Friday, 41.25 hours per week during term time and 30 hours per week during school holidays About the Role: Staffing Connect is currently recruiting for a dedicated Administrator & Childcare Deputy Manager to join a dynamic Nursery. This full-time, year-round position offers an excellent opportunity for a childcare professional with strong administrative skills. The role includes overseeing the administration of the setting while also supporting the management of childcare provision, particularly during term time and school holidays. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent administrative support to the nursery and management team. Assist in the day-to-day running of the childcare setting. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Manage records, schedules, and communication with staff and parents. Lead and support staff in the absence of the Manager. Support childrens development and ensure high-quality care. Key Requirements: Must have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare. Proven experience in administration, ideally within a childcare or education setting. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities. Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
