Job Title: Recruitment Data Associate

Salary: £30,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Responsible for coordinating the reporting on behalf of the Head of Recruitment Operations for Supply and demand data and functional / operational reviews alongside 2 Reporting Professionals who you will line manage through day-to-day activity
* Produce, maintain and enhance reports based on end-user requirements to provide key Recruitment Operational data
* Accountable for coordinating and preparing reporting packs needed by the Head of Recruitment Operations to support EBS operational reviews and Shared Service Quarterly Business Reviews
* Engage with colleagues, Operational leads in a consultative capacity to ensure that they have the right information at the right time. The role holder will take ownership and accountability to ensure they deliver efficient and effective reporting capability
* To support and be a mentor to our reporting administrators, conducting 121’s with them when necessary and being their first point of contact for any escalations or queries
* Support additional data analytics within the recruitment operations teams to create insights that can be used to identify areas for optimisation in performance, drive increased operational excellence and deliver a better employee and user experience
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Proven operational experience, preferably within a shared services or recruitment and onboarding environment
* Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and conduct in-depth data interrogation
* Leadership and mentoring abilities for managing and supporting a small team
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, including expertise in formulas and PowerQuery

The Recruitment Hub team:
As a recruitment data associate, you will provide recruitment support for BAE Systems across our UK business sectors. Your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders by attending regular meetings and sharing relevant data and performance metrics. You will possess a solid understanding of the business, enabling you to foster effective partnerships, ensure optimal use of recruitment services, and offer guidance when service levels decline.
Working within the Recruitment Operational Performance Team, and reporting to the Recruitment Insights & Reporting Specialist while maintaining a close partnership with the Head of Recruitment Operations, this role will be responsible for collecting, providing, and analysing data, reports, and insights to support recruitment operations.
