We are looking for a motivated individual experienced in business analysis to join us as a Senior Business Analyst, within a national policing unit.

You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to uncover inefficiencies and drive strategic improvements. ACRO Criminal Records Office supports UK and international law enforcement by processing criminal records for the purposes of public protection, safeguarding and worldwide community safety.

Essential Qualifications
* Educated to QCF level 6 OR work experience deemed to have brought the role holder to a comparable level.
* Hold a professional practitioner level qualification in Business Analysis (e.g. BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis) or another qualification deemed to have brought the role holder to a comparable level.
* Extensive analytical expertise.
* Proven stakeholder management skills including senior stakeholders and partners.
* Significant experience with complex digital transformation projects.
* Experience in team management, monitoring performance and developing staff.
* Advanced experience with SaaS platforms and integration tools.
* Familiarity with data analysis or business intelligence tools.
