The Role:
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Global eDM/CRM in the Growth Marketing Team, you will be a key player in helping the next stage of growth of Nothing. In this role, you'll be essential support in the development of our global CRM strategy, leveraging data insights to drive customer acquisition, retention, and ultimately, revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Senior Manager, eDM/CRM in executing the CRM strategy globally to drive revenue growth
* Execute all forms of eDM from cart recovery, lifecycle to weekly editorial communications
* Deliver on day-to-day operations to identify, create and analyse segmentation of customers using our CDP to deliver on brand vision and commercial goals, supporting wider growth marketing touchpoints.
* Deliver weekly reporting on eDM efforts & perform ad hoc analysis to meet business needs
* You will maintain and grow the Nothing community database through acquiring new customers and implementing retention and re-engagement strategies, ensuring full compliance with GDPR
Requirements:
* Technical understanding of CRM, with experience working through a variety of Marketing Automation, ESPs, CDPs and Data Visualisation tools - Salesforce Marketing Cloud essential
* Exposure and experience in customer journey mapping and segmentation
* Commercially & analytically minded
