Client Change Manager – Distribution - London - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
This is a great job for someone who has good asset management industry knowledge allied with effective operations process knowledge.
A bit about the job:
The role is part of the Aviva Client Change team within the wider Aviva Investors Insurance & Investment Solutions function. The Aviva Client Change team is responsible for delivering change within Aviva Investors aligned to the strategic objectives & values of Aviva’s UK and Ireland Insurance businesses.
Key to this role will be flexibility in working across Aviva Investors dependent on the change roadmap and business priorities. This role will work closely with multiple Client, Aviva Investors and third-party stakeholders in managing the end-to-end shaping and delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of multiple projects or workstreams; many of these projects will be client impacting, involve/impact several internal functions and be of strategic importance to Aviva.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Evidence of successfully delivering end-to-end change in the context of an evolving, complex and changing organisation, addressing the ambiguity and conflicting demands that may result
2. Proven ability to deal effectively with issues (and complaints) in a proactive way that achieves the right outcome for both the client and the business
3. Delivery focused with an ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
4. Experience delivering change in the investment / asset management industry impacting users from the front, middle and/or back office environments
5. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing senior managers, and ability to work well with others at all levels

In this role you’ll be ‘Certified’ under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authority’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). This means that we’ll need to complete some regulatory background checks on you before you take up your role and we’ll need to ask you some questions on an annual basis to make sure you remain ‘fit and proper’ and competent to carry out your role. We’ll provide training on what holding a SMCR role means when you join us and annually thereafter.
