About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team based in Aberdeen. As a key member of our billing team, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments from clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the billing team, including coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and errors.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
