I am currently working with a large contractor in South East London, recruiting a Quotation Clerk.
You will report directly to a Facilities Manager and the day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Responsible for ensuring profitable quotes for works are submitted on time.
2. Liaise with project teams and supply chain to obtain costs and programmes to support quotes.
3. Carry out site visits as necessary to properly ascertain the scope of works.
4. Maintain the quote trackers.
5. Regular interface with our clients and their teams.
6. Assist with compiling monthly applications to our clients.
7. Assist with compiling monthly payment notices to sub-contractors.

Skills/Expertise
1. Ideally 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
2. A team player, operating cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organisational effectiveness.
3. Communicates effectively and able to speak, listen, and write in good English in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication techniques and tools.
4. IT proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word.
