Medical Records Administrator | Private Hospital | Admin | Slough | Permanent Full-time
Spire Thames Valley Hospital is looking for an experienced Administrator to support our fantastic Medical Records department.
Spire Thames Valley is a state-of-the-art private hospital, offering fast access to consultations with specialists in a wide range of treatments, supported by advanced imaging and diagnostic technology.
Duties and responsibilities:
The Medical Records team is primarily responsible for the preparation, tracking, and accurate storage of all medical records for the hospital. Your tasks will include the preparation of records prior to outpatient clinics, transportation to the relevant department, and filing once complete. This is a busy, fast-paced role that requires meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. You will be required to lift boxes and move files to departments, so you must be comfortable taking on an active role.
Who we're looking for:
* Previous administration experience is essential
* Highly organised, accurate, and able to work well to tight deadlines
* Experience working in a similar environment
* Good communicator with strong computer literacy
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Comfortable with the physical nature of the role – lifting files and moving boxes
* Strong attention to detail
Contract type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours, working Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:00
