Job description Customer Service Advisor Customer Service Advisors are instrumental in ensuring new and existing customers experience outstanding service by helping over the phone and responding to email, live chat and social media queries. Much of this role is via the telephone and is office-based Monday-Friday in an industry which is regulated, by the Financial Conduct Authority. Key Responsibilities Building rapport with internal and external customers to establish excellent customer relations. Respond to all written and phone enquiries in a prompt and professional manner. Assist to ensure targets and performance standards are consistently achieved in line with corporate, and regulatory requirements. Ensuring company service standards are always met. To ensure the customer/broker experience ensuring they receive a professional and efficient service as well as identifying solutions for improvements and enhancing the customer service provision. Maintain high quality output and achieve SLAs and KPIs. Assist Claims with overflow calls and contacting vets to obtain all information required in the claims assessment. Accurate and regular data entry. Processing quotes from customers directly in an accurate, compliant and timely manner. Take ownership and document customer complaints.
