The Role:
Our PIB Group office has an exciting opportunity for a hard-working and personable person to join the team as our new Finance Administrator – Insurer Reconciliations and Payments.
The role would suit a person who is confident and looking to enter the world of finance. You will be a natural problem solver with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. As the business goes through an exciting growth period, there will be many opportunities to get involved in other exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Matching our invoices to supplier statements
2. Querying unmatched invoices and helping through to resolution
3. Preparing monthly payments to suppliers
4. Using our client broking systems called Acturis, Websure, SSP and TAM
5. Investigating any unidentified cash
6. Dealing with any email or telephone queries from the Finance Team and wider business
Experience:
1. Proven Excel skills and knowledge
2. Naturally keen to learn and progress, confident and passionate about accounts
3. Understanding and comfort with dealing with financial terms and research
4. Positive ‘can do attitude’ and a natural problem solver with a high level of attention to detail
5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
6. Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
7. Able to work as part of a team collaboratively as well as on your own initiative
