Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Take charge of overseeing the operational performance of a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and driving continuous improvement across all operational areas.
* Optimising Efficiency & Profitability: Utilise your extensive experience to streamline operations, improve productivity and enhance profitability, all while maintaining strict compliance with industry standards.

* Senior-Level Reporting & Decision Making: Regularly report to Directorship providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to refine operational strategy and processes.
* End-to-End Operational Management: Oversee the scheduling, logistics and resource allocation of a busy department to ensure maximum efficiency and service excellence.
* Driving Change: Spearhead the development of innovative solutions to enhance operational workflows and improve client satisfaction.
What My Client is Looking For:
* A proven track record in senior operations management, ideally within the water hygiene or a related technical field, with demonstrable experience driving operational excellence and leading high-performing teams.
* In-depth understanding of water hygiene protocols, compliance requirements, and remediation procedures, with the ability to ensure the highest standards of quality and regulatory adherence.
* Strong business acumen and experience in managing large-scale operations, including logistics, scheduling and resource management.
* Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on driving both short-term results and long-term growth.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, clients and internal teams alike.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities and make high-impact decisions under pressure.
