Tasking for this will include but is not limited to:
Provide administrative support to HMNB Clyde based Service Personnel.
Administer pay and allowances for permanent Service personnel in accordance with current regulations.
Administer allowances and take correct administrative action for Service personnel temporarily undertaking training at HMNB Clyde in accordance with current regulations.
Assist the Cash Office and conduct expense audits.
Provide HR guidance to HMNB Clyde personnel.
Assist the Office Manager with the maintenance of Logistics Department records on Mandatory Training - including scrutiny, advice and hastening of completion - including NCT training for RN personnel.
Provision of management information (MI) reports as required.
