Your Role:
As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing state-of-the-art medical devices. You will take the lead in electronics system design, working across the entire product lifecycle—from concept and architecture to manufacturing and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the electronics design of medical device systems & accessories in compliance with ISO 13485 & QSR
2. Develop analogue & digital electronics, including schematics, PCB layout, microcontrollers, and FPGAs
3. Enhance existing products by managing upgrades due to regulatory changes or component obsolescence
4. Oversee verification & validation, including electrical safety and EMC/EMI testing
5. Work with manufacturing & quality teams to ensure smooth product transfer and continuous process improvements
6. Investigate non-conformances, lead root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
What You Bring:
1. Degree in Electronics Engineering (or similar) + 5+ years of experience in electronics design
2. Proficiency in Altium Designer, circuit simulation (SPICE), and Test & Measurement tools
3. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive technical excellence
4. Experience working in regulated environments (medical devices, ISO 13485, IEC 60601, QMS)
Desirable Skills:
1. FPGA design (VHDL) & worst-case circuit analysis
2. Expertise in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) & Electronics Reliability Analysis
3. Hands-on experience interfacing with manufacturers & suppliers
