Radiators 4u is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator in Portsmouth.

As a Sales Administrator, you will provide vital support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes and helping the team meet their targets.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities
1. Process customer orders that have been received online in an accurate and timely manner. This includes our own websites, along with our Ebay and Amazon stores.
2. Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
3. Manage out of stock items/orders and liaise with customers.
4. Review customer payments to ensure they meet our payment security criteria.
5. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped.
6. Work with the SOP team to build and review SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
7. Answer questions about order status, shipment schedules, and product information to help resolve customer concerns.
8. Update and manage reports relating to order confirmations.
9. Communicate with suppliers or manufacturers to obtain product information or status updates on orders.
10. Assist with any processes within the Sales Admin team, where required, and any ad hoc tasks required by the business.
Candidate Qualities & Experience
1. Basic computer skills are a must.
2. Experience with SAP system would be an advantage although not essential.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and to work on own initiative, but also work well within a team.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
6. Organised, accurate, methodical, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
7. Capability to multitask.
8. Excellent administrative, customer service skills, and telephone manner.
9. Helpful, positive attitude in a busy environment and resolve challenges promptly & correctly.
10. Willingness to learn and develop.
