Job description:
1. Develops new clients for UK property purchase and lease trusteeship;converts potential UK real estate purchase and lease trusteeship clients;achieves sales target
2. Provides professional advice of property investment, recommends suitable project, including section, loan, lease and property on sale
3. Propels the order process, from reservation, order confirmation, exchange of contract to property delivery
4. Maintains clients relationship,actively provides clients with after-sale service
5. Assists clients to complete price negotiation with developers, reaches a mutual appeal
6. Actively organize, cooperate and participate in company channel activities and industry exhibitions,constantly explore potential clients and develop new clients
7. Discovers the deep needs of existing clients and promotes new orders.
岗位职责:
1. 开拓英国购房、租赁托管新客户;转化潜在购房、租赁托管客户;完成销售目标;
2. 为客户提供专业的房产投资建议,推荐合适的项目,包括地段、贷款、租赁和在售;
3. 推动订单流程,从预订、成单、交换合同到交房;
4. 维护稳定客户关系,积极为客户提供售后服务;
5. 帮助客户和开发商完成价格谈判,达成双方诉求;
6. 积极组织、配合、参加公司渠道活动以及行业展会,不断发掘潜在意向客户,开拓新客户;
7. 挖掘现有客户的深层需求,促进再次成单。
Job Requirements:
1. More than two years of work experience, have experience or resources in the UK real estate industry
2. Have strong market awareness, have a good mentality of self-motivation, have a strong sense of service, and be able to withstand sales pressure
3. Responsible, hard-working, and have teamwork spirit
