About the role The Quality Assurance & Digital Learning Development Manager will manage the operational implementation of quality assurance processes such as the operational evaluation of teaching, learning & assessment and digital learning development, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement in service delivery. They will be responsible for realising an operational quality-driven approach to both face to face and digital learning. They will consult and work with curricula and subject staff to design & implement digital materials, embedding digital pedagogies and developing engaging and innovative solutions to digital learning. They will coordinate a variety of instructional design and development activities to support the improvement of TLA and digital projects, including the growth of digital technology as a delivery tool, digital content creation, innovation projects and working with curricula to design and embed blended approaches. Remaining up to date on digital learning methodologies, including new and emerging approaches to learning and development will be key to the success of the role. About the team Haringey Learns is the Adult and community education provider for Haringey Council. We direct deliver and are predominantly in Wood green, however we are looking taking the education to the residents in the community. we received Good at our last Ofsted in 2023, and aspire to deliver excellence through high quality creative, digitally inclusive programmes which offer pathways to employment and good work and skills
